Dismissal Policy

Check Out Times:

Elementary: 3:50-4:00 and 4:50-5:00

Kindergarten students are dismissed from their regular school day at 2:00 PM. All other grade levels are dismissed at 2:20 PM.

Please note: Kindergarten students are not able to attend the after-school program between 2:00 PM and 2:20 PM. If they are attending Beyond the Classroom, they must be picked up at the designated check out times.

Middle School: 4:20-4:30 and 5:20-5:30

*Please plan on picking up your student only during the scheduled pick up times.  Outside of this schedule, our staff will be involved in the program and there is no office staff on campus to monitor the door.  If you do arrive outside of these times, please expect a delayed response.  Early checkouts also impede student's ability to thoroughly engage in the activity, and many classes build upon each other. 

Students must be picked up by an adult 18 years or older.  Anyone picking up will be asked for the unique pin code associated with the student, which is set up within the registration system, to verify that they are authorized to pick up the student. 

We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in adhering to these times. This policy helps us maintain a secure and organized environment for all children.
