Mrs. McNamara's Math Learning Lab is open to all students in grades 2-4 at MTES! Each grade level will have set periods for math support and enrichment. Classroom teachers will select students to participate in math lab programs based on performance on current curriculum in the classroom.
Students participating in the Math Lab for support will receive small group instruction to help them build confidence and understanding for skills being learned within the classroom.
Students participating in the Math Lab for enrichment will engage in advanced problem solving tasks, projects, math concepts, computational skills, and critical higher order thinking.
