Transcript Request

What is a Transcript?

A high school transcript is a record of your academic accomplishments in high school. It lists every class you have taken, when you took them, the grade you received in each class, and sometimes includes additional information such as Grade Point Average (GPA) and class rank. Contact your high school counselor to receive a copy of your high school transcript, as they are required when applying for college. For concurrent credit courses, use the forms below to contact the institution for which the concurrent course was taken such as UARM or UA Cossatot. When applying for college or when requesting a finalized transcript, which will be required by the institution you plan to attend, students will need to submit a transcript request form to their high school counselor.
