Here are some things we are doing to achieve this goal:
Increasing the reasons for students to want to come to school by offering more activities.
Providing the public with more information about the importance of good attendance.
Continuous sanitation and flu vaccinations to reduce exposure to illness.
Funding a new staff position to assist students and families with overcoming barriers to good attendance.

Here are some things we are doing to achieve this goal:
Participating in Arkansas THRIVE, a collaborative project to support districts in efforts in developing and sustaining a Multi-Tiered System of Support, so students have access to the personalized academic, behavior, and mental health supports needed to be successful.
Building BX3 (Behavior eXtreme 3 - Training, Coaching, Empowering) teams on each campus to create building-level behavior teams that are working to develop tiered systems of behavior supports for all students.
Exploring data about the discipline to better understand the behaviors that occur most often and specifically address them in proactive ways and avoid punitive measures being our primary response to creating a safe learning environment.
The ATLAS Assessment is given in grades 3-10 and our performance targets are based on the percentage
of students who are at levels 3 and 4.
Our target for on-grade-level performance in English Language Arts to 70% this school year! This target is a combined score for reading, writing, and grammar. This graph will be updated each month following the monthly board meeting.
Here are some things we are doing to achieve this goal:
Focusing on what is most essential to grade-level English Language Arts by establishing essential learning standards and using a new standards-based curriculum as a resource to teach those standards.
Exploring standards-based student assessment data to determine specific needs of students and collaborating to determine the best teaching strategies to overcome those needs.
Choosing, training, and implementing a standards-based curriculum for grades 7 through 12.
Challenging students to create personal goals for grade-level achievement in all subjects.

Our target for on-grade-level performance in Math to 60% this school year! This graph will be updated each month following the monthly board meeting.
Here are some things we are doing to achieve this goal:
Aligning instruction K-5 in Eureka Math and 6-12 in Illustrative Mathematics.
Implementing MathQuest K-12.
Screening all students at the beginning of the year and providing progress monitoring to students in need.
Developing Math plans for students not on grade level for the next school year (24-25).
Providing tutoring options for students.

Our target for the 24-25 school year was 94% and our graduation rate is 86.15%, short of our goal. The state average is 88.96%
The state no longer counts the five-year cohort.
This performance target will be reported each year when the information is provided by DESE.
