I moved to Memphis in 2017 from Raleigh, North Carolina. I graduated with my masters in Urban Education through the Memphis Teacher Residency. In 2022, I received a Reading Specialist endorsement through Christian Brothers University. I have taught second, third and fourth grade. I love creating a classroom culture that centers students and allows them to be active participants in their learning. When I'm not teaching, I love spending time cooking for people I love, practicing yoga, going for walks, reading books, being outside and cheering on the Memphis Grizzlies.
