Refunds and Warranty

Memory Quilt Maker does not offer refunds nor returns for custom orders; however, workmanship is guaranteed against defects which must be reported no later than one week after the date product was received. In the event of defects our sole liability will be, at our discretion, to repair the defect or to provide a replacement to the extent possible.

Design draft fee and payment

Custom orders have a nonrefundable handling convenience fee charged to cover time and expense incurred generating the design draft(s). After approval of the design draft(s) no less than 50% of the invoice is due for work to proceed. When you are notified your custom order is completed then any remaining invoice balance is due before delivery can be scheduled.

Coupons & Credit Policy

All coupons, credits, discounts, and offers are one per customer and may not be combined with each other.

Gift Certificates

Gift Certificates do not expire or decrease in value.

Shipping and Delivery Deadlines

Shipping and delivery dates are estimates and cannot be guaranteed by Memory Quilt Maker, nor can they be held accountable, particularly during supply chain delays.

• A Rush Fee is required anytime you would like delivery attempted by a specific date. The requested delivery date must be at least 14 days after Memory Quilt Maker has received all items from you, such as materials and/or design draft approval.

• Additional expedited shipping charges may be applied to your balance owed if charged by the mail carrier for rush orders.

Please help us by:

• Placing your order and mailing your items early and as soon as possible

• Only use mail carriers that provide you with insurance coverage and tracking info to stay updated on shipping status and to help decrease the possibility of any losses.

Note: lost or damaged packages are outside of our control once delivered to the mail carrier. Memory Quilt Maker will ship packages with tracking information and insurance to recover the purchase price of the items for the customer and any inconvenience and/or labor fees to cover Memory Quilt Maker’s efforts.

Changes to Terms and Conditions

Memory Quilt Maker has the discretion to update terms and conditions at any time. When we do, we will revise the updated date at the bottom of this page. We encourage Users to frequently check this page for any changes to stay informed. You acknowledge and agree that it is your responsibility to review this policy periodically and become aware of modifications.

Your acceptance of these terms

By placing an order with Memory Quilt Maker, you signify your acceptance of these terms and conditions. If you do not agree, please do not place an order. Placing an order following the posting of changes to this policy will be deemed your acceptance of those changes.
