Shaun Jenkins, Esq. is an intellectual property attorney with experience advising clients ranging from small startups to mid-sized businesses. She focuses on helping entrepreneurs protect and grow their brands through trademark clearance, registration, enforcement, and portfolio management, as well as copyright, licensing, and digital content protection.

Earlier in her career, Shaun gained valuable training at a leading international law firm, where she worked on complex trademark and copyright matters. Today, she brings that foundation together with her passion for supporting business owners, offering clients practical, business-minded IP solutions tailored to their growth.

Admitted to the D.C. Bar, Shaun combines legal expertise with an entrepreneurial perspective, ensuring that clients receive both strong protection and strategic guidance for their most valuable assets.

Rolanda Brown serves as Melivate’s Senior Paralegal and Client Relations Specialist, where she is the first point of contact for many of our clients and plays a key role in ensuring a smooth and supportive experience throughout the legal process. Rolanda attended East Carolina University focusing her studies on business administration. Rolanda combines her legal training with a strong background in customer service to deliver both professionalism and care in every client interaction.

Before joining Melivate, Rolanda worked with mid-sized and Fortune 100 companies, where she developed a deep understanding of how to build relationships, manage expectations, and guide clients through complex processes. Her ability to translate complicated legal matters into clear, approachable communication has become one of her greatest strengths.

Michael Tutt is Melivate’s Operations and Business Development Manager, responsible for overseeing the firm’s internal processes while driving strategic growth. With a strong background in business operations and client development, Michael ensures that Melivate runs efficiently while also building relationships that expand the firm’s reach.

He brings experience in streamlining workflows, managing client accounts, and developing growth strategies for service-based businesses. At Melivate, Michael focuses on aligning operational efficiency with client needs, ensuring that every engagement is handled with professionalism and care.
