ORA Mind + Body is a private yoga studio focusing on vinyasa-informed yoga classes for small groups in an intimate setting. With over 20 years teaching experience, Melissa brings a unique and thorough approach to each yoga practice.
Our private group yoga services are rooted in the Vinyasa Yoga philosophy developed by T. Krishnamacharya, emphasizing breath-synchronized movement tailored to the individual. Each session is designed with customized sequences that address your unique physical needs, goals, and experience level, fostering a mindful connection between body and mind. This personalized approach supports deeper alignment, balance, and flow, creating an environment where personal growth and holistic wellness can thrive.
Each practice is limited to six individuals.
Tulsa's only private yoga studio
Our weekend retreat will be held at a peaceful woodland cabin in the Broken Bow / Hochatown area, surrounded by trees, outdoor gathering spaces, and everything needed for a restorative weekend away.
The property includes a heated private pool, covered hot tub, spacious outdoor deck, seasonal creek, wooded fire pit area, open-concept living and dining spaces, and a large covered patio that allows us to practice yoga outdoors.
With four private king bedrooms and one shared room with four single beds, the retreat offers both private and shared lodging options. Most private rooms include ensuite or personal bathroom access, creating a comfortable and spacious experience for guests who want rest, privacy, and ease throughout the weekend.
This setting is designed for slowing down, breathing deeply, moving intentionally, eating nourishing meals, and enjoying meaningful time in community.
