Bye Bye Birdie Cast and Crew - Show dates November 9th 7:00 p.m., November 11th 7:00 p.m., and Matinee November 12th at 3:00 p.m. Call time will be 2 and a half hours before show time each day. The house will open 30 minutes prior to curtain. All tickets will be available for purchase at the door, $5.00 for students and senior adults, $7.00 for adults.

Thursday
7:00 p.m.- Depart for Austin, Dinner on the road, the school provides the meal.
11:00-Arrive at Marriott Spring Hill Suites Austin North
Friday
6:00-7:00 a.m.-Breakfast at hotel
7:15 a.m. -Depart for the Austin ISD Performing Arts Center
8:30 a.m.-9:30 a.m.- Verification and set up displays
10:00 a.m.-12:00 p.m.- Return to hotel, rest and homework time
12:00 p.m.-2:00 p.m.-Fun lunch, the school provides
2:00 p.m.-4:00 p.m.-Theatrical Design State Opening Ceremony Austin ISD PAC
6:00 p.m.-Dinner near the hotel, school provides
10:00 p.m. -In rooms and lights out at 10:30p.m.
Saturday
6:00 a.m.-7:00a.m.- Breakfast at the Hotel

Spending money for snacks at the hotel or on the road, along with souvenir tee shirts.

Students should dress in very nice business casual clothing for judging and critiques. They may bring a swimsuit as the hotel has an indoor pool. For verification period and opening ceremony, nice school dress code clothing is appropriate. However, no yoga pants or terribly torn jeans, or super casual clothing should be worn please.
