Press Shops
Press shops have a variety of Hydraulic, Pneumatic and Mechanical presses with a capacity ranging from 20 Tons to 400 Tons with bed size upto 1500mm x 1800mm. The operations in the press shop include shearing, blanking, stamping, piercing, bending, forming, drawing, deep drawing, coining, flaring, embossing and many other related operations. The bed size of our presses range from 150mm to 1800mm which helps us in providing the maximum range of pressed components and assemblies to the customers. We make parts in High Strength Steels (SAPH440, E34, E38, S460, SPFH590 etc), Stainless steel and Aluminium
Tool Room
Automotive boasts of modern tool room with all tool making facilities. With strong and experienced technical team, we not only make tools for our in-house requirements but also for other companies including our customers. Tool Room machines includes, CNC Milling, VMCs, CNC Wire-cut, Millings, Lathes, Shapers, Broaching, Cylindrical Grinders, Surface Grinders, Plano Millers, Bandsaw machines, Radial Drilling Machines and other tool making machines. We keep on modernizing the tool room to meet the ever growing demands of Automotive industry.

We have state of art welding facilities with welding being done by welding Robots, Welding SPMs and highly skilled and trained manpower. The welding has become a specialisation at Mehta Autotmotive with a variety of assemblies being fabricated in the company. All the welding fixtures (both for robots and manual welding) designed in-house proper welding parameters and atmosphere is ensured to have good quality welded assemblies periodic testing is done to ensure proper penetration in the welded parts
