Dear Parents,

One more academic year is ending. It was a busy and fast year. Working in an international school with international teachers and students is always a fulfilling experience. We learn a lot from each other; different countries, cultures and backgrounds are our wealth here at MEF IS.

Each and every year, we have been improving our Personal Social Education Curriculum and practices with teachers', parents' and students' contributions and feedback.

Student Council has taken more responsibilities this year and organised assemblies each month to focus and promote PYP Learner Profiles and Attitudes within students.

For the summer, our students need to relax, play sports and have fun. I would like to recommend them reading and some maths practices in order to keep their knowledge fresh.

To those of you who are moving to a new country for the next academic year, I would like to suggest getting information about the new country, the city and the school beforehand and try to focus on positive features and think positively about the change.

Thank you so much for your all support and cooperation. I would like to wish you luck for those of you who are leaving. Have a great summer holiday all :)
