Information from Legacy --
"Your senior portraits will be photographed by our photography professionals on our high-quality green screen. Due to the nature of green screen technology, please avoid wearing green to your photo session."
"Optional tuxedos and drapes, as well as caps and gowns, will be provided for your use. If you would like to be photographed in the tux, please arrive wearing a plain white T-shirt. Please note – tuxedo jackets size 38 through 56 will be provided for your use. Please make alternative arrangements if another size is required. To be photographed in the drape, please arrive wearing a thin-strapped tank top."
Senior Portraits (outside vendor): Seniors are welcome to use their own photographer for their senior portrait. This appointments should be scheduled independently, as they are not affiliated with the school. Please see below for photo shoot suggestions and uploading information.

If you choose to go with a photographer other than Legacy Studios, make sure you follow the guidelines above. We suggest printing these requirements out and bringing them to the photographer on the day of your session.
Legacy Studios (MHS): If you sat for photographs with Legacy Studios, they will submit your photos to our yearbook club.
Outside Vendor: If you use another company or take your own photo – you are responsible for submitting your photo.
via Email: To submit your photo by email, you or your photographer must send it to jmerrihew@medwayschools.org with the subject line of the email AND picture file name as "Student's Last Name, First Name - Senior Photo." Please share this with your photographer as well. The yearbook staff is not responsible for editing your photographs or communicating with your photographer.
via Walsworth Website/App: If you would like to submit your Senior Photo to the yearbook online, please follow this step-by-step guide. If you have any difficulty submitting your photo via Walsworth, please defer to the email method listed above.
The deadline for submitting a senior portrait to the yearbook is January 20, 2023. Photographs submitted after this date are not guaranteed to be in the yearbook. If we do not receive your senior portrait, we may need to use your most current school ID photo. If no current ID photo is available, there will be a placeholder photo instead (such as Maddie the Mustang).
Seniors have the unique opportunity to feature a quote or phrase under their senior portrait. Seniors interested in having a quote must submit this form by January 20. All submissions will be reviewed to ensure they are fit to print. Please see the form for more information. Forms must be filled out by the senior student. Quotes will not be accepted from other students or family members.
