10/24- We wrapped up Unit 1 of our Reading Unit which focused on how places in our community affect us with a hands on activity, building places in our community out of paper. We talked about why these places are important to us. The students put their buildings together to make their own community. They had such a great time. I loved seeing all their creativity and the incredible ideas they came up with. 🥰
