MedTrainer 101 Training Sessions
MedTrainer 101 is a comprehensive set of live virtual sessions designed to help your team get the most out of the MedTrainer platform. Sessions are organized by module and offered at multiple times to accommodate your schedule.
Organization Management should be the first session you complete — it is required for all clients! Once Organization Management is complete, you can move on to the series for the products you will be using. Make sure you complete the sessions in order because they build on each other.

Organization Management is the foundation of MedTrainer — every client completes this session first. This live virtual session walks you through platform setup, employee management, and account configuration so you're ready to build on any additional modules.
Session 1: Platform Setup & Administration Get your MedTrainer account set up and your organization running smoothly. Covers logging in and navigating the interface, setting up your company hierarchy, adding and managing employees, configuring organization settings, and generating reports.
For clients with Learning
The Learning 101 series covers everything your team needs to build, assign, and manage training at scale—from the course library through reporting and notifications.
Session 1: Navigating MedTrainer Learning Build your training program from the ground up. Covers navigating the course library with over 1,000 unique training courses, tagging and organizing courses, creating course bundles, and assigning courses to employees.
For clients with Compliance | Please complete all sessions!
The Compliance 101 series walks your team through the full compliance workflow—from document management through safety plans and reporting.
Session 1: Documents, Policies & Workflows Build your compliance content foundation. Covers managing policies and documents, organizing content with folders, understanding the document lifecycle, setting up approval workflows, and accessing the Template Library with over 2,000 expert-drafted resources.
Session 2: Contracts, Safety Data & Incident Management Learn how to manage the operational side of compliance. Covers Contract Management, Safety Data Sheets and Safety Plans, and Incident Reports with Escalation Workflows.

The Credentialing 101 series provides a comprehensive walkthrough of the MedTrainer Credentialing platform—from initial setup through provider management, document tracking, and reporting.
Session 1: Credentialing Setup Essentials Get your credentialing foundation in place. Covers configuring your organization's settings, understanding system navigation, and establishing the building blocks for a smooth credentialing workflow.
Session 2: Provider Management & Enrollments Learn how to efficiently manage your provider profiles. Covers adding and updating provider profiles and navigating group and individual provider enrollments.
Session 4: Reporting, Analytics & Go Live Prepare for a successful go-live and learn how to harness MedTrainer's reporting and analytics tools. Covers generating key credentialing reports, interpreting data, and completing final steps to launch your credentialing program.
