Connect Medsolu Locally is an online system for quick health care delivery right at doorstep. It entails local people for the purpose which gives best online services from highest rated health care service providers, with or without prescription. It requires signing up to create an account by submitting all the required details in order to use the app. Also, the particular role for the use as service seeker or service provider needs to be specified. After agreeing to the terms and conditions, the phone number gets verified with a One-time Password (OTP) confirmation. These profile information can be used to sign in the next time.
The Users :
The service seekers are not restricted to patients. It could be anyone seeking health care related items, such as Covid patients, people with special abilities or aged people having problems in motion or doctors seeking some surgical items, and so on.
Here, service seekers are classified as ISS and ALSS. ISS stands for Instantaneous Service Seekers. People seeking emergency services within half an hour, form this category of seekers. They seek action from providers available within the proximity of 30 minutes of driving distance.

After a successful login, the account dashboard opens. The only difference in case of service providers is to select service provider as the user type when registering. In that case, a checkbox is also available for shop owners.
Adding Requirements
The kind of requirements a user can seek can be various. There is a predefined time limit within which all actions need to be performed in order to set the deal with a provider crossing which the deal stands closed. Similarly, the ALSS Role of Action notifies service providers available within a set maximum distance. When any of them accepts the seeker’s request, seekers are asked for approval of the provider. The deal is set with that provider after approval is sent within the default time limit. The delivery process for the item then starts. If the time span has been exceeded, the deal is automatically cancelled. If there is no acceptance from any provider, a list of related shops within the predefined maximum distance is displayed. Once a deal is completed, cancelled or closed, seekers will then be able to post feedback and rate the service provider.

The same process works in case of ALSS deal where the maximum distance is predefined. If no providers are available then the request is sent to nearest shop owners. The criteria for selection remain the same.
