Hackathon sponsorship
We request all sponsors to submit their application below to help us understand the hackathon plan, the sponsorship category and the details of the sub-categories and how Medsolu can help support in your event. Our team will review applications on a rolling basis and reach out to all sponsors for next steps. All sponsorship requests can be submitted on or before 16th of August, 2026. Last date of submission can be extended depending on the availability of the sufficient number of sponsors. In case of urgent requirements, please contact us before submitting the application.
The sponsorship program is intended to support all participated individuals and organisations and related communities. Organizers will be review/evaluate the interest for the sponsors in terms of eligibility (in case of large number of applicants), readiness, and alignment with the objectives of this program.[ Note that the reason of eligibility for the event : (1) Limitation on physical space for advertisement during event and all event related spaces.(2) Domain specific conflict (3) Conflicting relation.]
(1) All communication and evolvement would be solely for the promotional purpose for their own agenda, product, sevices or other components around their businesses unless there exists a pre-decided/existing legal deal between the organizers and the sponsors.
(2) Sponsors can collaborate with the event members with their consent without interfering the organisers.
(3) All sponsors are restricted to proposed physical space only.
(4) All sponsors above level Bronze are open to attend and avail the food and other event facilities without any registration fees for at least four persons. Iron sponsors above Rs 2500 are eligibile for the same facility.
(5) Sponsors must declare the possible number of visitors who can attend the programme.
(6) All sponsors must fill up the application form before providing the sponsorship money.
(7) Cash payment mode is not allowed for all sponsors.
(8) Other Mode of payments for all sponsors are restricted to (a) UPI (b) Bank Transfer (c) Credit Card.
(9) Sponsors should use the following Bank details to make NEFT/RTGS directly to Organiser's account :

(10) Sponsors should also notify/drop an email so that they can be contacted in case of link failure inside the cloud connection of the entries : director@medsolu.co.in/ support@medsolu.co.in.
(11) Organisers must hand over all softwares /codes to sponsors which are related to event management if they look for the same.
(12) Sponsors must provide a small share to Medsolu in case they plan to sell or commercialize such softwares built by Medsolu employees.
(13) Each sponsorship category can evolve with six other sub categories mentioned below.
(2) Bronze : Rs 10000 - Rs 50000
(3) Silver : Rs 50000 - Rs 1 lakh.
(4) Gold : Rs 1 lakh - 5 lakhs.
(5) Platinum : 5 - 10 lakhs
(6) Diamond : > 10 Lakhs
