OrgDev (Organisational Development) is a team under the NUS Medical Society dedicated to enhancing student life beyond academics, through meaningful initiatives and strategic collaborations.

As the innovation and partnerships wing of the Society, we work behind the scenes to develop new ideas, strengthen engagement within the NUS Medicine community, and build relationships with external partners to bring valuable opportunities, perks, and support to our students.
