Ancillary Services (Only)

We can manage and bill you ancillary services only if you choose. Ancillary services are NOT your average billable service; they often require prior-authorizations, long-holds on the phone, follow-ups, and most importantly - denials. The majority of medical billing services in clinics are done in-house (by spouses or not), and most are not familiar with the needs of the ancillary billing, but you as providers have invested in expensive equipment, and you need the reimbursements to the maximum return on investment (ROI). Our company offers reimbursement support for our ancillary products and services and hundreds of others. This does not guarantee that your local coverage determinations will provide payment for the procedures or services but most do. Medicare Advantage and Managed Medicaid plans may provide the reimbursement, and reimbursements may vary depending on the region. Various federal and state incentives, quality assurance programs, and legislation may affect the coverage and reimbursement rates of both private insurance and Medicare and Medicaid plans.
