Welcome to a new and exciting school year! I am thrilled to have the opportunity to teach your child math. My name is Tracy Machalec, and I will be guiding your child through a year filled with discovery, problem-solving, and mathematical adventures. This is my twenty-eighth year teaching. I live here in Medina with my husband, a Shaker Heights Fire Lieutenant, and our two daughters Grace (a third grade teacher at Ella Canavan) and Sophie (who attends Ohio State studying Molecular Genetics).

Welcome to Math 6 and Math 6 PLUS. My name is Mrs. Scalia. I am a huge fan of everything Cleveland. I cheer on the Browns, Cavs and Guardians. I am married and have 2 daughters. I love to walk in the park in my spare time and my favorite vacation is relaxing at the beach.
