Grading Procedure

As we approach the end of each term, grading becomes the task at hand. 

Here are the steps you need to take to grade your students.

• The high school grade for the class is different from the university grade. Please follow whatever policies your high school has designated for the high school grade.  

• All grades are submitted on e-campus.  The screenshots and video below identify the process.

  • You cannot enter grades until your roster appears. 

  • You have five days after your final day of class to post grades.

  • Once you have posted grades (see the video), a second column showing the grade will appear, and a column stating the grade is posted will appear.
