While we teach students a variety of ways to solve multiplication equations, we encourage them to find the strategy that works for THEM, and use that.

By the end of third grade, students should be able to recite any multiplication facts that have one digit multiplied by one digit (and tens), from memory (0-10’s facts). Elevens and twelves facts will be taught in fourth grade.
