Addition of seven (7) classrooms which includes a Special Education classroom addition
The proposed learning environment addition will include six (6) 900sf classrooms to support current enrollment and programming needs.

Collaborative learning commons addition
The proposed learning environment addition will include a 2,500sf collaborative learning commons that will be furnished to support teaching and learning, distributed dining space, and gathering space during large school events.
Career and Technical Education (CTE) shop renovation and addition
Existing shop is undersized for programming at approximately 1,900sf. Current programming includes welding, fabrication, woods, construction trades, small engines, and automotive. The proposed plan includes renovating the existing shop and an adjacent addition of 1,900sf to right-size the CTE shop space to support current programming needs.
Career and Technical Education (CTE) classroom renovation
Update current CTE space to create a flexible learning environment to support career pathways programming. This renovation encompasses 1,050sf.
Family and Consumer Science (FACS) and Culinary Arts renovation
Renovate existing wrestling room into FACS and Culinary Studio with connection to CTE classroom to support FACS, food science, agriculture, and other career pathways programming. This renovation encompasses 1,500sf.
Multi-purpose fitness and wrestling room addition
The current wrestling room fits one wrestling mat and does not provide the flexibility for use by other athletics or programming. The new 3,800sf multi-purpose fitness and wrestling room addition will provide adequate space for wrestling, a double mat hoist to store the mats when not in use to create a truly multi-purpose fitness room for activities such as volleyball, yoga, dance, aerobics, batting cages, etc.
Weight room addition
The existing weight room is under 1,200sf and size limits programming. The addition of a 2,400sf weight room with direct connection to the outside will right-size for physical education, athletics and provide the opportunity for community use.
Replace elementary gym floor
The elementary gymnasium floor will be replaced with polyurethane. This is replacing the current floor with dead spots affecting the students, staff and community using the facility.
Restroom additions
The proposed project includes a restroom near the weight room addition and restrooms in the new learning environment addition. These spaces total 775sf of new square footage.
HVAC replacement in locker room and CTE space
Hallway circulation improvement
The proposed project will include additional circulation space for access to new programming elements and for means of egress (unobstructed path to leave building).
Fire alarm panel replacement
Mechanical space addition
Approximately 700sf of mechanical space has been planned to support the building additions.
Storage space expansion
Approximately 740sf of additional storage space is included in the proposed project to support CTE, athletics, PE, and general building storage.
Staff collaboration room renovation
Paired with the proposed learning commons, addition will be a 450sf staff collaboration room to support licensed and non-licensed staff adjacent the new collaborative learning commons and circulation spaces.

Gymnasium addition
With strong connection to the collaborative learning commons in Question 1, a new single station 6,500sf gymnasium is planned to support current programming needs. The additional gym space will provide additional space for physical education, movement programming, and athletic practice space.
Storage space addition
Approximately 800sf of additional storage space is included in the proposed project to support athletics, PE, and general building storage.
