The Resident Technology Learning Committee (RTLC) helps residents with questions about their smartphone, tablet, laptop or desktop computer as well as the ever expanding array of other smart devices. It provides regularly scheduled meetings where residents can find help from other residents.

• How to use the Resident’s Printer in the Library

  1. Simplest way - use you smart phone. iPhone

  2. Print form an application in your computer - You must be on the ML_Resident Network

     1. 1. Select the document you want to print

        2. Go to "Print" and Add Printer. Printer name is ML Resident-Kyrosera

• Nasty scam. Mostly seen on Mac, iPhone iPad But…..could show up anywhere

• SCAM if the person on the phone says "don't tell anyone" get the hell off the phone!
