3) Enter Username: Enter students 5 and 2 (The first 5 letters of their last name and the first 2 of their first name)

Ex: Name: Nicole Miller Login: milleni

4) Enter Password: Students birth year, month, and date (if the month or date is a single digit put a O(zero) in front)

Ex: July 6, 2009 Password: 20090706 (year,mo,date)

Ex: Nov. 18, 2010 Password: 20101118
