Hello! My name is Mrs. Miicke and I am thrilled that I get to work with your child this year.  This will be my 18th year teaching.  I graduated from the University of Wisconsin- Stevens Point with a major in elementary education.  Previously, I have worked in the Barneveld School District, the Stratford School District, and Rib Lake Elementary. My classroom focus is on creating a safe, welcoming atmosphere where students can push the limits of their learning without fear of failure or making mistakes. In fact, we celebrate mistakes in our classroom! We are a family and learn beyond just the books and standards. We work together to be responsible and respectful. I stress hands-on learning with a focus on integrating curriculum and technology.
