Meet Mrs. Athanasiou

This is my 18th year of teaching. I graduated from UW Stevens Point in 2007 where I earned my bachelors degree in Elementary Education and a minor in English.  I taught 11 years in first grade, 6 years in second grade, and am excited to start my first year in 6th grade ELA! In 2019 I became a National Board Certified Teacher in the area of Early Childhood. 

My husband, Steve, and I have 2 children, Macy & Bryce. We like to be outdoors and enjoy camping, traveling, fishing, kayaking, and swimming.  

I am very excited to be apart of your child's first grade school year and am looking forward to working with each family to make this year successful!
