Greetings!

I look forward to another great year of science learning!

One of my favorite things about teaching is when students ask questions. Asking questions helps the student by creating an awareness of what information is missing or not connected to the student's prior knowledge. Those questions also help me as the teacher: they help me learn what parts of science my students are interested in and what concepts they find confusing. A student's questions also give me an insight into how they approach learning, which helps me to guide that learning more effectively. My biggest advice to any student in any subject is:

Ask more questions.
