Welcome to my 5th grade homepage. I am excited to get to know your child and make many personal connections with them. I have been teaching for 30 years and love the opportunities education can open for all of us at anytime. I am married to "Mrs. Nelson," a kindergarten teacher in Stetsonville and have a 23 year old son (Payton), and a 20 year old daughter (Karli). I love what the outdoors has to offer and what we can learn from being exposed to it. I spend a fair amount of time at our cabin in Phillips, where I cut wood, explore logging roads and the federal forest, and try to catch a walleye from time to time.
