If every team member is able to cover two of the slots, we should have no trouble meeting our goal. This means more of the concessions revenue can come back to our team to cover the cost of things like event supplies and travel!
Throughout the day, this tournament will allow ~500 MS/HS students to compete in 58 events. It is a HUGE logistical undertaking to make sure that it all goes off without a hitch. While most of the teams competing provide some volunteers, we would greatly appreciate any parents, guardians, or other relatives who are able to volunteer to help out!Â

Here are some ways to get involved:
Assist with events: Help proctor/grade tests or measure/score devices for build events (assist an experienced Event Supervisor who will provide any necessary training)
Concessions Staffing: Join the concessions team to help feed students and staff who are visiting for the day
Direct traffic: Help point groups in the right direction when they arrive in the morning and help students find their next event space during transition times
Set-up/Teardown: Most help needed in the gym between our final event block and awards (~3:15-4:00p) and after the awards ceremony wraps up
Anything else that comes up during the day
