Concert Bands
Our program has two ensembles: A massed concert band and an auditioned symphonic band. The schedule for both groups are traditionally as follows:
Mid December: Christmas Concert
Late February: Mid-Winter Concert
Early May: Pops Concert
Jazz Band & Show Band
Jazz Band & Show Band
There are 2 jazz ensembles at MASH. The Medford Jazz Band meets once weekly and is open to anyone who is interested. They perform at the following events*:
December: Christmas Concert
March: District Jazz Concert
Late April: Eau Claire Jazz Festival
May: Gig at Marilyn's Fire Station
The MASH Show Band (named Acceleration), meets during 3rd hour, and is an invitational only group. They perform alongside the Medford Momentum Show Choir. They perform during multiple events* throughout the school year.
