Well, we made through the first four day week. You guys are really adapting. Have a wonderfull weekend? See you all next week.

For Monday ELA Class:

-Please bring in your 3 subject notebook to class.

-If you have any notes, graphic organizer, etc. that you have taken for your summer reading book, bring that in. Remember, you do not have to have anything to start our in-class writing.

 Welcome 6Bers!!!

Hello and welcome to the Andrews Middle School!  I am your English Language Arts teacher, Mrs. Boos, and I’m very excited at the prospect of getting to know each of you. 

My role as YOUR teacher is to, not only well, teach you ELA, but to make your transition to middle school a positive one.  I will help guide each of you through this process.

This year, as we  return to school , Don’’t worry, we will do everything we can to ease you back in and make you feel comfortable. Part of the process is to get to know your teachers ( and each other), understand how to maneuver your way through the actual school building, getting to your classes, working the locks, and using Google Classroom.  We will have time to work through all of it together, including our new schedule.

Soon you’ll be receiving an invitation from me to join my Google classroom in your Medford school email. Please join when you can.I will communicate with you this way. Same goes for you, you can contact me anytime, via Google Classroom. However, you can still contact me  via Medford email , so If at any time you have any questions, please feel free to contact me via email  at eboos@medford.k12.ma.us.

 I look forward to a great year!  Woo -hoo, it’s going to be AWESOME!!!

Oh btw, in the event you’re feeling charitable and you want to contribute to our classroom, I’m asking for a box of tissues  and paper towels to use be used by your classmates in  class. This is voluntary, so if you can’t, no worries, and thanks in advance!

In the event several parents would like to get together to donate 1 set of  “Bulk Headphones for Classroom, 12 Pack Durable Wired School Headphones for Students. (Mixed Color)” via Amazon, that would be greatly appreciated The headphones will be used in class for independent readling exercises. This is voluntary, so if you can’t, no worries.
