Submitting an application does not reserve the unit or save a place in line. Showings continue and applications are accepted until an application is approved, required funds are received, and a lease is signed. This means that occasionally a multiple application situation may arise in which case the quickest group wins. Strive to be the quickest.
Approval criteria and multiple application protocols vary by owner. Some owners take the first fully completed application packet that meets approval criteria and others take the strongest application packet.

All applicants and guarantors must complete the application at: www.ApplicationTenant.com. There is no fee for this step.
All applicants and guarantors must complete the tenant screen at: www.rentapplication.net/apply/mrg_short_65/. A $100 non-refundable fee will apply. This credit inquiry is a soft pull and will not impact your credit score.
To certify whether or not animals will be kept, all tenant applicants (not guarantors) must complete the animal verification at: Quick.PetScreening.com. A $25 fee per animal will apply. No fee for support animals. Applicants without animals are still required to submit a no-fee pet screen verifying that they will keep no animals.
