The broad goal of our research is the study of molecular interactions critical to biological functions (e.g. protein-protein, antigen-antibody, protein-nucleic acid) .
Understanding these interactions is central to a range of fundamental sciences, new treatments for disease and for the development of a wide range of highly functional products.
To achieve this goal, we develop high-throughput platforms for screening such interactions, based on the phage display of “filtered” open reading frames (ORF).
