Stage 1: Initial Abstract Submission
Prepare your abstract (minimum 200 words, maximum 300 words) following the official conference template (follow the "Download Abstract Template" button below)
Ensure the number of authors does not exceed 4 per submission.
Save your abstract as a PDF file named: PRIME2025_Abstract_<Corresponding Author Name>.pdf
Leave the "Paper ID" field blank at this stage.
Submit your abstract by 25th February 2025.
Stage 2: Payment Confirmation and Final Abstract Submission
After receiving the acceptance email, note your Paper ID.
Pay the registration fee and obtain the PDF Payment Confirmation from SSN Institutions.
Include your Paper ID in the abstract.
Rename your final abstract file as PRIME2025_Abstract_FINAL_<PAPERID>.pdf.
Submit your final abstract along with the PDF Payment Confirmation.
If the PDF is not received, share your registration details with a screenshot of the payment confirmation to prime2025@mech.ssn.edu.in.
Note: Allow 1–2 business days for payment processing and ensure submission by the specified deadline.
IMPORTANT POINTS:
Authors are advised not to modify/edit/remove any typesetting/information/formatting from the template other than the Abstract Title, Author Affiliation, Abstract Text, and Keywords. Submissions that do not follow the abstract template will cause delays in acceptance.
Authors will be informed via email in case of any errors and must provide a properly formatted abstract before acceptance and conference fee payment.
All Conference Fee payments are final and must be made only after abstract acceptance and receiving a Paper ID via email.
Information in Google Forms will be used for Conference Certificates. Please ensure accuracy before submission.
