Kindergarten Registration Now Open:
Kindergarten Requirements for the 2023-2024 School Year:
★Must be 5 years old on or before August 1st of the given school year
★Birth Certificate is due within 30 days of starting school.
★Up-to-date Kentucky Immunization Certificate is due within 2 weeks of starting school.
★Current Physical Examination (dated within 1 year prior) is due within 2 weeks of starting school.
★Vision Examination by optometrist or ophthalmologist due by January 1st of the school year the first time a 3, 4, 5, or 6-year-old is enrolled
★Dental Screening or Examination by a dentist, dental hygienist, physician, registered nurse, nurse practitioner, or physician assistant due by January 1st of the current school year the first year a 5 or 6-year-old is enrolled.
★Proof of Residence in the name of parent/guardian – 2 forms of proof are due before starting enrollment.

If you are a Grandparent raising a Grandchild or providing kin care, this free program is for you. Join us the 2nd Thursday of each month! Registration is not required but requested so we will know how many items to prepare.
Laugh & Learn
Join us the 2nd Friday of each month!!! Registration is requested to help with material preparation. All classes are free.

Dolly Parton's Imagination Library is a book gifting program that gifts free books to children ages birth to age 5. Dolly's vision is to foster the love of reading with preschool children and their families by providing them with a gift of a specially selected book each month. Meade County preschoolers can now register to join this program!
