About Mr. Buck

Mr. Buck is from Andalusia, Alabama, and relocated to the Louisville area in the summer of 2012. He was recruited by the nonprofit organization Teach Kentucky, whose mission is to attract and support educators for the Commonwealth of Kentucky.

Mr. Buck received his undergraduate degree in biochemistry at Huntingdon College in Montgomery, Alabama, and completed a master’s in public administration at Auburn University at Montgomery. He completed a master’s of arts in teaching at the University of Louisville in the spring of 2015. He completed a masters of science in education (with a concentration in biology) from Indiana University in the summer of 2025. 

Mr. Buck is excited about starting his fifteenth year of teaching in the Commonwealth and tenth year at Meade County High School.
