Music at Skyline Elementary

Hello parents of 3rd, 4th and 5th graders

as well as past Skyliphone Players,

Our winter concerts are quickly approaching and our tradition of singing and playing, "Carol Of The Bells" is a fun way to learn to play music in an ensemble. This concert is set for December 3, 2026 at 5:30pm.

Our "Skyliphones" group traditionally has a concert in the spring but we also play one tune for this holiday concert. It prepares us for the concert in the spring.

If your child is in 3rd, 4th or 5th grade and interested in learning to play, "The Carol Of the Bells" for the 3rd and 4th grade Holiday concert please sign them up on the link provided. They will ultimately play in our performance on December 3rd at 5:30pm. The group size is usually 13 - 20 students (approximately). Not all students will get the instrument parts that they desire but they will all work together to form an ensemble that plays in harmony.

Our goal is to practice after school from 3:30pm – 4:30pm on Mondays and Wednesdays.

December 2

This will give us 7 rehearsals to learn this one song.
