CARES After School Program
YVHS C.A.R.E.S Expanded Learning Program
Our C.A.R.E.S office is located in 202 on the Ygnacio Valley High School campus. We run our program Monday through Friday from the time the bell rings to dismiss students until 5:30PM. We offer a variety of Academic and Enrichment programs throughout the year. Some of the programs we currently offer are APEX, Drivers Ed, Gaming Club, Flag Squad and more.
Nuestra oficina de C.A.R.E.S se encuentra en habitacion 202 en la escuela de Ygnacio Valley High School. Tenemos nuestra programa de Lunes a Viernes despues de la escuela hasta las 5:30PM. Ofrecemos una variedad de programas Academicos y Enriquecimento durante el año . Unas programas que ofrecemos incluyen recuperacion de creditos, curso de manejo, club de juegos, y mas.
Our program is FREE for all students at Ygnacio Valley High School. We encourage all students to take advantage of our programs and resources. We also provide FREE lunches to all students after school in front of the cafeteria. Parents and students are welcomed to come visit our office in room 202 to find out more details. If any student is interested in starting a new club please feel free to stop by our office and share those ideas with us, we would love to help.
Nuestra programa es GRATIS para todos estudiantes en Ygnacio Valley High School. Apoyamos a nuestros estudiantes que aprovechen nuestros programas y recursos. Tambien ofrecemos almuerzo GRATIS a todos los estudiantes despues de la escuela en frente de la cafeteria. Padres y estudiantes son bienvenidos a visitar nuestra oficina en habitacion 202 para obtener mas informacion. Si estudiantes estan interesados en comenzar una nueva programa pueden pasar por nuestra oficina y compartir sus ideas, nos gustaria ayudar.
Food Pantry
In partnership with with the Food Bank of Contra Costa and Solano, we provide our students with non-perishable food items to bring home for themselves and their families. Students can stop by 202 and pick up goods, free of charge.
En asociacion con Food Bank of Contra Costa and Solano, ofrecemos comida GRATIS a nuestros estudiantes para llevar a casa para ellos y sus familias. Estudiantes y padres pueden pasar por nuestra oficina en habitacion 202 y recoger la comida que gustaria.
