The Lifeline is a free, confidential crisis hotline that is available to everyone 24 hours a day, seven days a week. The Lifeline connects callers to the nearest crisis center in the Lifeline national network. These centers provide crisis counseling and mental health referrals. People who are deaf, hard of hearing, or have hearing loss can contact the Lifeline via TTY at 1-800-799-4889.

The Crisis Text hotline is available 24 hours a day, seven days a week throughout the U.S. The Crisis Text Line serves anyone, in any type of crisis, connecting them with a crisis counselor who can provide support and information.

What's Up? This app has information and tools to help understand thoughts and feelings and how to work through them.
The Mindfulness App This app helps guide you through meditations
Headspace Includes meditations, sleep music tracks
Calm Meditations, sleep stories, calming music (Ms. B uses this one!)
Techniques to try:
Journaling, reflecting over day and listing what you are grateful for
Meditation/breathing exercises
Exercise!!! It’s a great way to boost mood.
Adjusting diet, eating healthier
Helping someone else can often make us feel better
Manage worries (see techniques in What's Up app)
Identify unhealthy thinking patterns (see What's Up app)
Get a consistent sleep routine
Connect with a friend you trust
