In-Person Support

I'm very excited to be one of the teachers providing in-person support from 12:55-3:00! I look forward to connecting with students more deeply while offering academic and emotional support and enrichment.

The Daily Health Form (click me) must be completed before a student attends school every day.

Paper forms are available in the office.

Please keep your student at home if they are experiencing any COVID-19 symptoms.

Before you leave home...

✓ Complete the Daily Health Form (above)
✓ Charge your Chromebook
✓ Eat and drink
✓ Use the bathroom
✓ Bring your Chromebook and at least one mask
Optional: Bring a water bottle and/or hand sanitizer

X No food at school
X Leave unnecessary personal belongings at home

At school...

✓ Wear a mask over your nose and mouth at all times
✓ Sanitize your hands when you enter our classroom
✓ Stay 6’ apart from other students and adults
✓ Students will be escorted to the restroom
✓ Mrs. Nguyen will provide everything else you'll need in class!

School Uniforms: There is no required uniform for the remainder of the 2020-2021 school year, but all students must adhere to the school dress code.

Each student is assigned to one stable group.

Group A meets on campus every Monday and Tuesday, and Group B meets on campus every Thursday and Friday. There is no in-person support on Wednesdays.

What about the days I don't meet on campus? You will have independent work time on those days from 12:55-3:00.
