Who's my teacher?
I may be a new Viking at Riverview Middle School, but this will be my sixth year teaching! I have taught in the neighboring cities of Antioch and Pittsburg, and I've taught as far as Fairfield. Teaching reading is one of my favorites. I know that distance learning can be confusing and challenging, but I hope to make the best out of our new routine until we can finally be together in the classroom. We will get through this together!
My hobbies including traveling with my husband, trying new foods, and being a homebody with our cat, Herschel. Whenever we visit a new place, I always have to see the local aquarium, if there is one. I also enjoy going to museums to learn new things, but my favorites are always exhibits about ancient Egypt or Roman and Greek art. If you don't already know, you'll soon realize—I love anything and everything Disney!
