Remember the normal Dance of Loss:
Sadness, Depression, Anger, Bargaining, Denial, Acceptance (it flows in any direction, at any given time).
It's ok to not be ok, but don't go through it alone. Talk to a friend or a trusted adult, fight for your joy as your friend would want you to live-dance, sing, laugh, scream, cry, write a letter, find them in the stars, the breeze, they are all around you, celebrating you.
