Kiana Woodworth, LCPC
School Counselor
Hello! My name is Kiana Woodworth, and I am proud to serve as the school counselor here at CES. In my role, I support the mental health and well-being of all students from Kindergarten through 8th grade. I work with students individually and in groups, providing counseling services and guidance lessons to help them navigate emotional, social, and academic challenges.
My approach to counseling is child-centered, and I am committed to creating a safe, supportive space where each student feels heard and understood. I use a variety of therapeutic techniques to address the unique needs of each child, including play therapy, art therapy, mindfulness practices, and cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT). This diverse toolkit allows me to empower students to explore their emotions, build coping skills, and foster personal growth in a way that is meaningful to them.
I am truly passionate about helping students build resilience, develop healthy coping strategies, and achieve their full potential. If you have any questions or would like to learn more about the support I offer, please feel free to reach out to me.
Thank you for taking the time to read about my role here at CES. I look forward to working with all of our students to help them thrive!
