PTSA Student Directory
A new school year means new classmates & new friends, so every year the PTSA compiles an online Student Directory so that CES students & families who would like to participate can easily get connected for carpooling, playdates, study dates, etc.

Participation in the PTSA Student Directory is optional.
You may include as much or as little contact info as you'd like (email, phone, etc).
If you have multiple students, please fill out and submit a separate form for each student.
If you are a parent/guardian of a CES student and would like access to the Student Directory, please email your request to cparkinson@mdirss.org or taylor.hamor@mdirss.org.
Please note: This is different from the information forms that the school collects - the information filled out for the school cannot be shared. The PTSA separately collects contact information from families who wish to be a part of the PTSA Student Directory and have their contact info shared with other CES families.
What is the PTSA? We are a group of parents, teachers, and students working together to support and enrich our school community. We plan events such as the Science Fair and the Spring Fling, fundraise to sponsor Teacher Grant awards, organize the School Directory, sell Tiger Gear, celebrate our wonderful teachers & staff during Teacher/Staff Appreciation Week, and we are always open to new ideas about how to support our CES community!
We meet monthly during the school year. Kids are welcome at PTSA meetings, and childcare is provided by our fantastic 8th graders! Can’t make it to meetings? No problem! - there are plenty of opportunities for members to stay connected and be involved throughout the year. Members receive emails with the monthly meeting minutes, important PTSA reminders, and occasional calls for volunteers (don’t worry - usually only 1 or 2 email per month!).
It’s easy to join the PTSA - just show up at a meeting, send an email to ces.ptsapresident@gmail.com, or send us a message via Facebook, and we can add you to our email mailing list.
