Welcome to LogoVerse! We provide a cloud-based platform where you can generate images and videos using artificial intelligence, train your own AI models, and do much more.
In these Terms, “you” or “your” refers to you personally and any organization you represent (such as your employer). “We”, “us”, or “our” refers to MCY DIGITAL Bilişim ve Yazılım Limited Şirketi.
These Terms form a binding contract between you and us, setting out our obligations as a service provider and your responsibilities as a user. You may not use our Services unless you accept these Terms. These Terms of Service lay out the legal framework when you interact with our and the LogoVerse (“Application”) developed by us.

1. Agreement & Term
1.1 These Terms are effective from the moment you register for an Account and remain in effect until your Account is closed in accordance with these Terms. You are granted the right to use our Services only during this period. These Terms are also effective from the moment you begin using the Mobile Application without registering for an Account.
1.2 If you are under 18, you must have parental or legal guardian consent or be under the supervision of a responsible adult to use our Platform.
1.3 Changes: We may modify these Terms at any time with written notice. By
a) clicking “I Accept” or
b) by continuing to use the Platform after the notification or;
c) 30 days after the change (whichever comes first), you agree to the modified Terms. If you do not agree, you may close your Account and cancel your Subscription with written notice. If you cancel:
You will lose access to the Services (including the Platform) from the cancellation date;
If you have prepaid fees, you will receive a prorated refund for the unused Subscription Period.
2. Our Services
We provide you with:
Access to our Platform;
Access to support services (collectively, the “Services”).
2.2 If you need support, you may request it through our Platform.
3. Account
To access our Services and Platform, you must create a user account (“Account”). You are solely responsible for ensuring that all information provided is accurate, complete, and up to date.
Your Account must include a valid, regularly monitored email address.
If you suspect unauthorized use of your Account, notify us immediately at support@mcydigital.software.
You are solely responsible for all activity conducted through your Account.
You may not share your Account credentials or allow third parties to access your Account.
4. Subscriptions
4.1 Upon creating an Account, you may choose a Subscription plan. The features, pricing, and duration of each plan are clearly stated on the Platform.
4.2 You will be billed on a recurring basis during the Subscription Term (Billing Cycle), as described on the Platform.
Subscriptions may auto-renew based on your selected plan (monthly, annually, or other intervals).
5. Platform License
While you maintain an Account, we grant you and your Authorized Users a non-transferable right to use the Platform under the terms of your Subscription (as defined on the Platform or in your Account). No part of the Platform may be copied, distributed, or used for commercial purposes without our prior written consent.
6. Availability, Interruptions & Downtime
6.1 While we aim to keep the Services available at all times, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted access. Services may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance or unforeseen issues.
7. AI-Generated Content & Disclaimers
7.1 Our Platform uses generative AI and large language models capable of producing content that may appear highly realistic or convincing, including text, images, audio, and video.
You acknowledge that AI-generated content may contain deepfakes, misinformation, bias, or other potentially misleading or false information.
You are solely responsible for evaluating and verifying the accuracy, legality, and reliability of any generated content before using it for any purpose.
LogoVerse is not legally responsible for the consequences of content created or used by users.
7.2 If you upload personal photographs (e.g., facial images), you acknowledge that such data may constitute biometric data under applicable data protection laws.You hereby provide your explicit consent for the processing of such images for the sole purpose of generating content, training, fine-tuning, or evaluating AI models, in accordance with GDPR Article 9(2)(a) and KVKK Article 6(2).
You confirm that:
You have all necessary rights and consents to upload such data;
You will not upload facial images of third parties without their explicit consent;
You may withdraw your consent at any time by contacting us at support@mcydigital.software, in which case your images will be deleted from our systems and not used for future training.
We do not use facial data for identification or profiling outside of the stated purposes, and we implement technical and organizational safeguards to protect such data.
8. User Responsibilities
You agree to the following conditions when using the Platform:
8.1 Lawful and Legitimate Use
Users shall:
Use the Platform only in compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
Not infringe third-party rights, violate privacy, defame, harass, or threaten others.
Not create or share content that supports terrorism, illegal activity, or hate speech.
8.2 Intellectual Property Rights
Users shall not:
Infringe copyrights, trademarks, trade secrets, or patents.
Use third-party images, videos, or audio without express permission.
Use and/or create NSFW images including but not limited to nudity, gore or otherwise content that may be deemed explicit.
8.3 Responsible Use of AI
You are solely responsible for the use of AI-generated content that may be misleading, manipulated, deepfake, or falsified.
You must ensure that AI-generated content does not harm the reputation or rights of others.
8.4 Prohibited Technical Actions
Users shall not:
Upload or distribute malware, spyware, or viruses.
Attempt unauthorized access or interfere with the Platform’s operations.
Use bots, scripts, or automation tools to manipulate the Services.
8.5 Impersonation & Misrepresentation
It is prohibited to create accounts or content on behalf of others or by using false identity.
Users must not mislead other users or engage in conduct that harms the Company.
8.6 Commercial Use Restrictions
Services under personal plans may not be resold or used for commercial reproduction.
A commercial license is required for commercial use of Platform outputs.
8.7 Community Standards
Content containing hate speech, racism, sexism, child abuse, obscenity, or violence is strictly prohibited.
Accounts may be suspended and reported to authorities for such violations.
8.8 Liability & Damages
Users are personally responsible for their actions and content.
Any violations may result in compensation claims for direct or indirect damages to the Company or third parties.
9. Use of Your Information
We use collected data for purposes such as:
Providing and improving the Services;
Communicating with you;
Enhancing user experience and personalization;
Ensuring security and compliance;
Delivering personalized advertising (based on consent);
Troubleshooting and service improvements
Training or optimizing AI Models.
We do not make decisions based solely on automated processing, including profiling, that produce legal effects concerning you, unless required by law or based on your explicit consent.
10. User Content & License to LogoVerse
By creating, uploading, or generating content through the Platform, you grant LogoVerse a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, sublicensable, and transferable license to use, reproduce, modify, publish, publicly display, and distribute your content for the purpose of operating, promoting, and improving the Services.
Ownership remains with you. If you do not wish your content to be publicly displayed, notify us at support@mcydigital.software.
11. Sharing Your Information
11.1 With Service Providers
Your data may be shared with third-party providers for:
Infrastructure and storage;
Payment processing;
Technical support;
Performance analytics;
Marketing integrations.
11.2 Legal Obligations
We may share your information in response to legal requirements, court orders, or administrative requests.
11.3 Commercial Transactions
In the event of a merger, acquisition, restructuring, or asset sale, your data may be transferred accordingly, with prior notice where feasible.
11.4 With Your Consent
Your data may be shared with third parties for marketing, analytics, or user experience enhancement only with your explicit consent. You can withdraw consent at any time.
11.5 Advertising
LogoVerse partners with third-party ad servers and platforms to deliver personalized ads and measure their effectiveness.
12. Data Transfer, Storage & Protection
12.1 International Transfers
Your data may be processed or stored on servers located in or outside your country, including outside the EEA. Transfers are done:
To countries with adequate data protection under GDPR, or
Under Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) approved by the European Commission.
We maintain records of processing activities as required by Article 30 of the GDPR.
13. Data Retention & Security
We retain your personal data only as long as necessary for the purposes described. Once the retention period ends, data is deleted, anonymized, or archived according to legal obligations.
Retention depends on:
Account activity;
Legal obligations;
Business needs;
Your consent (e.g., for marketing purposes).
14. Your Rights
Under GDPR and Turkish KVKK, you have rights including:
Access to your data;
Correction of inaccurate data;
Deletion under the right to be forgotten;
Restriction of processing;
Data portability;
Objection to processing;
Withdrawal of consent;
Managing cookies and tracking preferences;
Right to lodge a complaint with KVKK or other data protection authority.
15. Data Retention Period
Data is kept during the service period and archived for 1 year after account closure for legal or recovery purposes.
Marketing data based on consent is retained for up to 2 years or until consent is withdrawn.
Legal, financial, and contractual records are stored according to statutory timeframes.
Data is securely deleted or anonymized after retention ends.
16. Third-Party Sites and Services
We are not responsible for the content or practices of any third-party sites or services linked to or integrated with our Platform.
17. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms periodically. The updated version takes effect upon posting on the Platform. For significant changes, you will be notified via email or in-app message. Continued use of the Services indicates acceptance of the new Terms.

19. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
Any disputes arising between the parties shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts and enforcement offices of Ankara, Republic of Turkey. These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Turkey, without regard to the conflict of laws provisions.
