Care-U is a platform of resources and reflection prompts for anyone doing the most rewarding, exhausting, joy-filled, and hard work of raising and caring for children. It is our intention to provide content that is accessible to caregivers of all ages in a non-shaming and non-blaming manner.    

We do not have all of the right answers, but we have good questions for caregivers to reflect upon. There is not necessarily one "right" parenting philosophy, but we think that we all would agree that being intentional about the decisions and approaches that you are taking with our children is very important.
