Elementary Resource Room

What is the Elementary Resource Room for?

• It’s an opportunity for students to receive specialized supplementary or additional instruction in a content area such as reading, math, writing, and social and emotional skills

• Occurs 30 minutes daily in an individual or small group setting that focuses on each student’s areas of interests, strengths, and need for improvement

• Supports students in exploring and expanding their strategies to problem solve, take risks, learn from mistakes, and gain confidence with a growth mindset, goal-setting, and self-reflections
