Cardio Room
The Cardio Room will be available on Monday, Wednesday and Friday mornings at NHS from 5:15-7:00a.
Cost is $3 per person each time attended. $20 punch cards will be offered and include 10 visits.
Due to school security, everyone attending must check in with the supervisor on duty and show a school ID or Drivers License.
Pool Locker room facilities are available – these will be shared with other morning community rec programs.
Must sign-in upon arrival.
The cardio room does not include the usage of the weight room.
Proper attire must be worn at all times.
Please wipe down the machines with sanitizing spray and towel provided
There is a 30 minute time limit on cardio equipment if others are waiting.
Safety Clips must be worn on treadmills.
Cancellation for inclement weather or other change in schedule will be posted on this website and our Facebook page.
Upon entering the building through Door 11, the Pool Locker Rooms will be a short walk straight ahead. The community recreation supervisor will be stationed in the hallway to assist with checking in, payment and any other questions you might have.
