River City Rhythm, Muscatine’s varsity show choir. Membership is based on auditions held the previous spring. Rehearsals will primarily be held on Monday evenings from 6-9pm. Additional rehearsals will be scheduled in advance including extended rehearsals to work with choreographers.
Required performances will include the Dessert Concert, show choir competitions (including our own River City Showcase), our school blitz, and other performance opportunities as they become available.

Audition materials:
For your audition, you will need to learn both the vocal and dance cuts for "Ain’t Seen Nothing" by The Paper Kings. All audition practice materials can be found here.
You will learn the dance cut during one or all our Choreography Days:
May 5th at Susan Clark Junior High School, or
May 7th and May 9th in Muscatine High School Choir Room 1.
If you are unable to attend any of these sessions, you may use the choreography practice videos provided.
Auditions will be held on:
May 13th at Susan Clark Junior High School
May 15th and 16th at Muscatine High School.
If you are unable to audition during these times, you must contact Mr. Stone and Mrs. Brodersen to schedule an alternative audition time.

Handicap parking is available on site.
Admission:
$15 for adults and $10 for students 5-18 years old. These prices include admission into both the daytime competition and the evening finals. If you wish to only attend the evening finals, the cost is $10 for all ages. Credit and debit cards gladly accepted.
Concessions:
Available onsite all day (8:30 am – 8:30 pm). We would love for you to join us for a meal or two! Your purchases help support our choral programs. Credit and debit cards gladly accepted.
