Where do I go if I want to plan a field trip? Use Trip Tracker and make sure you know all details of your trip; Exact address, where you will stop for lunch, what time you need to be back by, etc.
A new SPED student needs to be picked up by a bus: We need much more information for a SPED student before we can safely transport them. Make sure you can provide us with their IEP and lets us know all accommodations that student may need. It could take longer than usual to get a SPED student a bus, so this information must be given to transportation ahead of time.
How do I request a new transfer or change a current transfer? Use the form provided in the Forms section of this website. There are separate forms for regular and SPED transfers.
When to request a field trip or transfer: When requesting a bus, keep this in mind. A transfer is considered transportation during school hours that goes from one school system building to another, is needed every week (or SPED programs). Anything that falls outside of this; going off campus, not during school hours, etc., should be considered a field trip.
